So I've started the process and put the word out that a sim is wanted. Let's see what is available.

Many CDS long-term residents have said to me "things move slower here in CDS". My explanation above shows why things move slower in CDS!

PS - It's very difficult for me to move this slowly on a project. I have had to learn and adjust my expectations. I still don't like it, but I am accepting of it.
