The Chancellor is required to attend RA meetings at least once a month, present a report and answer questions.
I provided the following information to the LRA about my availability on 9 January:
To help with scheduling RA meetings where you need me to attend, my availability is as follows:
Mon-Fri 10am to 3pm SLT but please note than I cannot attend meetings beyond 3pm and will have to leave at 3 if they go on beyond then.
Sat & Sun Pretty much any time between 1am and 3pm SLT but I will need a few day’s notice to make firm arrangements and juggle other responsibilities.It would really help if you could schedule the RA meetings where you want me to attend this term in advance i.e. give me all the dates at once. I can then put them in my calendar and try to avoid any other commitments at those times.
