To discuss what the LRC recommended on Nov. 30, that CDSL be amended and NL 3-9 be repealed (See viewtopic.php?f=65&t=6179), and the Recommendation to Amend the Constitution, Articles IV and V. (See viewtopic.php?f=65&t=6063#p36331)
