Although I continue with my difficulty to access CDS, the rest of the RA will be meeting this Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 9am SLT. I will be requesting a 7-day vote.
It is a full and important agenda, so I hope you can be there. I wish I was able to!!

4.1) Approval of LUC recommendation of Gauis’ design for the new sim.
This is probably one of the most important moments in the development of the new sim. I ask that everyone, RA and attendees take a look at the proposal for the new sim so that we can discuss it in full at the RA meeting and vote on acceptance or not. 4.2) New sim tier schedule and covenant approval
Upon approval of 4.1, we will need to expedite the tier schedule. (Covenant approval appears below in 5.4.
5) New Business
5.1) Approval/adoption of the new flag and logo for the CDS.
These were discussed by a group of citizens and the design itself was done by Mitzou Vavoom. (Please provide a copy of the design)
5.2) Direct the RA archivist to move NL 5-9, NL 7-7 and CDSL 13-10 off the active law list.
CDSL 16-03 is the active law covering these matters.
5.3) Adoption of the new General Master Plan as drafted by the LUC.

5.4) New covenants:
The LUC and other interested citizens worked on providing a new overall covenant for the CDS and some new region-specific covenants. 5.7) Constitutional amendment for CDSL 13-05 Chancellor Election Act
Add the sentence:
In the event that there is only one candidate for Chancellor at the time of the election, the Dean of the Scientific Council may declare the election complete by acclamation.
