2. Creation of Election commission to clarify procedures, with Gwyneth Llewelyn as chair. Motion carried, 8-0
3. Creation of Commerce Commission to address issues of businesses in our sims, and work together to create a better environment for commerce in CDS, with Stui and Lilith as chairs. Vote 6 aye, 3 nay. 7 day votes necessary.
4. Covenant Review. Jamie Palisades volunteered to write a proposal for Covenant Review committee and post on Forums. No motion at this time.
5. Ethics and Conflicts of Interest. Discussions to be facilitated on ethics and conflict of interest. Pip Torok to begin a forum thread, and Kaseido Quandary to invite Patroklus Murakami to coordinate in world discussions. Motion carried, 8-0
6. Creation of Citizenship Commission to review the rules of citizenship and make recommendations to RA, Arria Perreault to chair. Motion carried, 7-1
7. Discussion regarding operating agreement for the Al Andalus sims.(let by Jamie Palisades.) Suggestion to have three reps from CDS meet with VDI board. Further discussion to continue at next meeting of RA
