[2014/01/04 16:48:03] Callipygian Christensen: During December a member of RA rezzed religious items on public land in CDS, and ignored the request of the Chancellor to remove these items. They remained for an extended period, and were ultimately returned by another citizen with powers to do so.
[2014/01/04 16:48:19] Callipygian Christensen: To knowingly ignore the covenants, laws and practises, and to also ignore the Chancellor are not minor matters, especially when carried out by a member of the RA, who has taken an oath to uphold the law and should, perhaps, lead by example as well.
[2014/01/04 16:48:42] Callipygian Christensen: I ask that all members of the RA confirm their affirmation to fulfill their oath to obey and uphold the laws of CDS, and I also ask that the RA confirm that it expects, and will support, the Chancellor in carrying out her duties expediently, even when one of their own members is involved.

It does no good to prod the Chancellor into action when the best interst of CDS might be a quieter approach. I agree there could be times, but it seemed that the issue has been resolved.

As has been discussed before, the current documentation of laws, RA history, and even the Constitution contain archaic and contradictory language, are often difficult to locate through searches of the Forums or the CDS portal. The journals of the 11th, 13th, 14th, 17th and 19th RA are partial or non-existent.

It is important that citizens, RA members (new and old), and members of the SC be able to locate accurate, up-to-date information as easily as possible.
