LRA called the meeting to order at 4:35 pm
1. MOTION to accept the Agenda as presented. Rosie 1st, Tor 2nd, all in favour, carried
2. MOTION to amend the previous Minutes:
MOTION: Gwyneth Llewelyn proposed to add the Chancellors proposal to be voted on the next RA session. Gwyn 1st, Tor 2nd, carried
MOTION: Ok now vote for the minutes. Shep 1st, Tor 2nd, carried (In the previous Minutes those two motions were blended together as one.)
and adding this Motion that was missed:
MOTION: that the two groups together and present a final plan for immediate redevelopment. provided that nobody in LA is redeployed against their will. Gwyn 1st, Tor 2nd, motion carried
1st, Rosie, Shep 2nd, Cleo abstain, motion carried
3. Dean Calli presented requests to the RA from the SC with two requests.

There followed a discussion about how to fulfill these requests.
4. MOTION to request Cleopatra Xigalia draft an RFP based on the required content identified by Delia, and post it to the Forum for review prior to the next meeting. 1st. Rosie, 2nd Shep, all in favour, Motion carried.
The rest of the meeting items were tabled until the next time.
Next meeting was set to be held Saturday January 11th at 3:00 pm SLT.
Meeting adjourned at 6:41 pm, SLT 1st. Cleo, 2nd Shep, all in favour, carried.
