I am not going to be able to get to the meeting (btw weekend afternoons are very bad in general but I had scooped out time today.. except for THIS now, sorry). The good news is LA is back on track... Rosie or Tor might be able to share the spreadsheet I created which has become a collaborative document to figure out parcels and tier...the one question your chancellor has for the RA is the rates we are going to charge - I had presumed they were staying the same and Calli's had a higher rate and some mention of flexibility. Actually, per out laws, the RA was supposed to have figured out the financials long ago and the Guild was supposed to have presented a plan with parcels.. but that isn't what happened so we are working to get things going forward. The Guild and the Chancellor are now collaborating...so although I don't have news for today, things should begin to proceed very quickly.
