Attending: Shep Titan (LRA), Rosie Gray, Tor Karsvalt Away: Gwyneth Llewellyn, Cleopatra Xigalia Guests: CDS citizens and friends
LRA called the meeting to order at 3:10 pm
1. MOTION to approve the Agenda. Rosie 1st, Shep 2nd, all in favour, carried
2. MOTION to accept the previous meeting Minutes, as presented.
1st, Rosie, Shep 2nd, all in favour, motion carried
3. LRA stated that she had a request for a 7 day vote from Gwyn
OLD BUSINESS:
4. Regarding Chancellor and Guild working together: LRA pasted a statement from
Chancellor Bagheera. Rosie gave an update from the Guild on the same subject.
5. RE: BY-LAW REVIEW: It was noted that Cleo had been charged with inquiring
into likely costs of having previous archive work done professionally. Rose
Springvale has kindly offered to do the job as a volunteer.
6. MOTION that we stop efforts to find an editor for our laws and accept Rose
Springvale as the Bylaw Editor. Tor 1st, Shep 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
7. RE: BY-ELECTIONS: MOTION that the by-election discussion be moved to the
forum for a period of 2 weeks, and a commission be struck to hold at least one
meeting in-world to discuss the process. Rosie 1st, Shep 2nd, all in favour, motion
carried.
COMMISSION REPORTS:
8. RE: GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES: Tor gave an update, noting that over the holidays
not too much was accomplished. He thinks that the plan should be available for
public review by the next RA meeting.
EXECUTIVE REPORT:
9. No report.

Next meeting was set to be held Saturday January 25th at 3:00 pm SLT.
