Not standing for election

I have made a decision not to stand for reelection as LRA or even a member of the RA. I had wanted my term in the RA and as the LRA to be a "get along" term but politics CDS style would not allow it. Then add in my failing health in real life and made my decision. I have consulted others in CDS and they agree with my decision. I will continue as LRA until the end of the current term in November. I thank the CDS community for their patience with me.
