December Financial Report

Nice start to a new term... with a nice profit. But the month-by-month profit number is, sadly, not really significant, as it totally depends on when people decide to pay their tier, and now with the Casper system, how far ahead they pay. More important... is how many tierboxes/parcels are occupied by paying citizens. And that slipped a tiny bit this month.
But, there is a very good reason! We are taking large parts of CN off the market, which explains why, as you can see on the chart, the percentage occupancy of CN is slipping even more terribly. We're getting ready for improvement projects by Rosie, Delia and myself, so I think it will be another few months before that chart looks better. Aside from CN, the other sims are doing very well. NFS slipped a bit from its lofty heights, but the others all did well. We're hanging in!
