Locus Amoenus Schedule, Task List and Budget

Post by Moon Adamant »

Hello all,

As you may have read in these forums, on a meeting held between the Chancellor, the Treasurer and myself, there were approved the three remaining items concerning Locus Amoenus building:

1. The pricing of the sim, Sudane's estimate being accepted;

2. The schedule of the sim, with August the1st being chosen as acquisition date and September the first as delivery date

3. The budget for the sim building, established through a list of tasks, for which were estimated building hours and an hourly rate. This budget is:

As you can see, some of the most boring work has already been picked by Sudane and myself - but there are tasks enough left, from easy tasks like building a small patio to building bridges and whole scenic views.
We therefore ask all builders interested into doing any of these tasks to reply to this thread. We will also request that a small model, a sketch or a picture of what you have in mind to build be presented.

Thank you all,

Moon

Hi Symo,

A scenic view is a small piazetta or belvedere, preferrably with a garden, so that you look to the landscape below from a certain point of advantage.
I have marked them as optionals because of course, and depending on places, you can leave the natural vegetation or do a sloped garden, but without the terrain yet it's difficult to estimate which case will be the best for the places assigned.

Re: Locus Amoenus Schedule... details

It's my understanding that this approval also extended, importantly, to authorization to the Treasurer to pre-reserve or pre-sell Sim4 lots, consistent with the approved covenants, at the prices at which the Treasurer recommeded here:
http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php? ... =15#p11397
and were presented to the RA here: http://forums.slcds.info//viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1908

That all was communicated to me and, i understand, others as part of the approval notice. If anyone disagrees, please speak up. Thanks Jamie P

Now that I've finished the bridge, I'll take a shot at the pateo inside 4-5-6-7
