Meeting called to order at 0927 SLT
Members present: Dean Lilith Ivory, Arria Perreault, Callipygian Christensen, Aliasi Stonebender, RG Cooperstone
Agenda was approved
Previous minutes were approved
Discussion of upcoming dates for elections: RG Cooperstone submitted projected dates for the next four upcoming election cycles. (27th, 28th, 29th, 30th RA). Dates will be reviewed by the SC and voted on next meeting.
Short discussion on voting software, and exploring using a different software for next election.
Dean requested members to attend next RA meeting. Cooperstone and Christensen stated they could.
Next meeting was discussed, and tentatively set for Sunday 12 February 2017 at 0915 SLT.
Ivory moved to adjourn at 1021 SLT. Voted aye unanimously.

RogueGeek Cooperstone: I transferred the dates to a notecard off of my spreadsheet. The formatting got a little messed up when I did
RogueGeek Cooperstone: I was in process of uploading it to googledocs so everyone could see the prettier version
RogueGeek Cooperstone: The process was pretty simple once I printed out a 7 week calendar and overlaid the dates

Callipygian Christensen: Kate mentioned bing willing to look at writing election software, but I havent managed to connect with her to talk about the scope of what that would require. Ill try to do so before next meeting.

Callipygian Christensen: While we have Opavote approved, it's labour intensive on SC members so a system like before would be great - just not easy to create.

Aliasi Stonebender: Yeah, as someone who tried to make sense of our old custom system... and failed...
Aliasi Stonebender: it's definitely more complex than simply tallying up the votes, it's all the other stuff around it.
Callipygian Christensen: Yes, and it's the other stuff' that we really need/want of course lol
RogueGeek Cooperstone: if it was a straight tally they have scripting for that already
Lilith Ivory: Kate told me she works with scripters in RL (or something like that) so I have hope she is able to help us here

Lilith Ivory: I noticed already that timezones don?t really matter when it comes to online times - at least for some of us
