The 28rd RA will have 5 seats and the position of Chancellor will also be on the ballot.
To be eligible to stand for election for the 28rd RA or Chancellor you must be on the Citizen List created from the October 2th census, which can be seen here:

In addition, you must maintain the ownership of at least one parcel of land, and keep your tier payments current on that land, continuously through the election period.
Deadline for declaration to run: 12 noon SLT Wednesday Novenber 1. Declarations of candidacy are made by notecard to Lilith Ivory, Dean of the SC.
