After being here over a year, may I ask why we still do not have a CDS Calendar of Events to share with other citizens?
I realize there are CDS Events. Would it be possible to make a Calendar that posts CDS Events, and allow the CDS Citizens to post private social events to it also? ie......1920's party at the Coop's.......wine tasting at Tor's, ect, etc as examples.
I'd like our "experiment in Democracy" opened up to the citizens to be able to form a community and friendships.
Just saying.......

Can citizens add their party or event to that Calendar, or do they need permission from the exec team?

If you ask us to put an event on the calendar then we can do that.

Re: Calendar
At several places around the sims... one of them is in the RA meeting room... you'll see a blue and white sign saying that it's the CDS calendar. If you touch it, it will open a web page with the CDS calendar. I think, but am not totally sure, that this is the same calendar appearing on the Portal. But these signs make it easier to get to. We can certainly place these signs around more places so that people can easily access the calendar.
I'm a big fan of having more use of the calendar, and like the idea of including private events which are open to the community.

Calendar is here: http://portal.slcds.info/index.php/cds-events/calender/
I've asked Bells to add various events and provided the necessary information. They've been posted promptly and without much ado.
