RA Commission's In-world Meetings to be held

It is the mandate of this committee to make recommendations to the RA on what new sim or sims we should add to the CDS, and what that theme and placement should be. We will base these recommendations on the findings of the commission through the survey already conducted, and these in-world meetings.
Meetings scheduled so far:
Location: the NFS Schloss
Session 1: August 30, 8:00 am SLT - hosted by Rosie Gray
Session 2: Tuesday September 2, noon SLT - hosted by Lilith Ivory
Other dates and times TBA
The meetings will follow a format loosely based on, but not restricted to, the survey questions.
Sessions will be recorded and the transcripts and summaries posted on the forums afterwards.
Non-citizens may attend to observe only.
We expect attendees to respect all citizen's right to speak and have a viewpoint, and that no-one dominate the discussion.The hosts of the sessions will moderate.
Please attend one of these meetings if you can! We value all citizen's viewpoints, and the recommendations to RA for a new region will come out of these findings.

My apologies but I've had out of town visitors unexpectedly come to stay overnight, so I won't be able to host the discussion on Saturday morning, August 30th as originally planned.
I will host a meeting on Sunday, August 31 at 8 am instead.

Please note that Bromo cannot host Session 3: Wednesday September 3, 3 am SLT as planned due to rl committments, but will host a meeting on Saturday September 6 at 3 am slt instead.
