940 Talenstrasse is now complete. Richie Deschanel had asked for it when it was complete, so I've set it for sale to him.

2005 Kendrastrasse was to be the next build, but I'm putting a placeholder there so that I can jump into work in CN once that project is approved. I'll come back to kendrastrasse when CN is complete.

Just to be clear. The old build now on 2005 Kendrastrasse is a placeholder. Even if I do something very like this for that spot, it will be completely rebuilt, since this is a very old build I had done for this parcel and is badly outdated.
