I've just this minute received an IM from LL that the new sim is delivered!
I am traveling... with family now... so I haven't been able to get in world to see!

I don't think that there will be any need for RA approval for something like a simple spelling correction.

Dnate: in any case, we had also to make some mods to the map, so to pass the roads and river better - so i'll bring all that to the RA.

As my understanding of things are, even those don't have to go to the RA. The only thing the RA really needed to do is approve the theme and the budget. The rest of the tasks fall under the executive branch. So, any changes to the map should just be sent to me for approval. At least this is my understanding.
ehehe, i'll believe you there then I'll show you the changes later on
