2. Executive Report
No report was submitted.
3. LUC Report
Rosie Gray presented her report as RA representative on the LUC. The next phase of terraforming had been completed but there was a 'hole' in Alpine Meadow where the Old Bowl used to be that had proven impossible to correct. This had been reported to the Lindens. Rosie also reported that work had begun on the Community Centre which would be made out of logs. The next meeting would be Sunday 1 March at 1000 SLT.

7.1 Chancellor to include weekly parcel listing fees in monthly budget expenses
Lyubov moved that that the LRA request that the Chancellor include weekly parcel search listing fees in the advertising and marketing budget. Seconded by Richie Deschanel.

7.2 Update to Alpine Meadow covenant, viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9385
The RA discussed changes proposed by Rosie Gray. The proposals were currently open for debate and comment on the Forum with a view to bringing final proposals to the next meeting of the RA for approval.
7.3 Update CDSL 16-03 and CDSL 16-04, to allow for individual tier box owners of group-deeded land to be citizens.
The RA has prepared draft changes to CDSL 16-03 and CDSL 16-04 to enact the proposal to agreed at the last meeting to allow tier box owners on parcels deeded to groups to attain citizenship. It was agreed that the proposed changes would be subject to debate and review via the Forum with a view to consideration and vote at the next meeting of the RA.
