Motion to approve the minutes as presented. Jerry 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.

3. Land-Use Commission Report
Tabled for next meeting.

4. Old Business
4.1. Eduverse Project Status
The VWEC Eduverse project as a whole is progressing well, reported Kyoko, with the institutions that will move first now selected. The CDS move request has been submitted and should the referendum outcome be positive, Madori Linden is ready to carry out the move. The Assembly was pleased to note that this would have no effect on any CDS landmarks currently in use. Possible locations for VWEC portals and landing points were discussed, though it was felt that the Chancellor should have the final say on this. Kyoko thanked everyone for their work so far on this, including Lilith for her referendum campaign T-shirts.

4.2 Proposed Revised Constitution
The Assembly recognised there is work still to do with the proposed Constitution revisions, and resolved to collaborate over the coming days on their Google Doc draft and present their full response at the next Representative Assembly meeting.

5. New Business
5.1 Proposals how to organize the future relations and collaboration with the VWEC
LRA proposed a mechanism to formalise contact with the VWEC Eduverse project, if the referendum is positive. This was felt to be sensible though perhaps premature at this time, with Kyoko adding that, given the number of groupings on various aspects of the reserve she expects to form, when such opportunities present themselves volunteers from the full CDS citizenry can then be sought.

6. Citizen Concerns
Lilith raised a concern about an apparent confusion with which discussions should take place on the forum and which should be conducted privately, and reminded the Assembly of the Forum Guidelines. Jerry volunteered to draft an addition to the Guide for New Citizens on this, given that CDSL 23-04 states that, "the open areas of the forums have traditionally been a place where citizens and non-citizens alike have been given free access to discuss any topic".

7. RA Member Concerns
Jerry presented an alternative, more professional layout for the Code of Laws webpage, which the Assembly agreed to. Future improvements were suggested, including the creation of an index and the ability to group the laws by topic.
