2 Executive Report

The Chancellor informed the Assembly that since the last meeting the CDS has opened the Bellisserian Embassy, produced passports, and attracted more visitors and citizens. The CDS celebrated May Day, co-organised with the CSDF, and hosted various events. An application has been submitted for SL20B, and it is hoped the CDS will play a part in an upcoming celebratory video, showcasing its democratic community. Moon reminded the Assembly of the approaching end of term, and set out her various remaining actions, including organizing events, pursuing land sales, and preparing the Colonia Nova Map. No progress to report yet on the new Amiais@SL neighbour and the water connection.

3 Land-Use Commission Report

Sandy reported that the last LUC meeting discussed the CDS transport proposal, landmark descriptions signage, and covenant review. Progress is being made though no major results can be reported yet.

4 Old Business

4.1 Proposed change to NL 7-1 Government Question Time Act
The RA meeting of 22 April debated how summaries of Government Question Time meetings are shared, and in response to that a proposal was made to amend section 5 of the NL 7-1 Government Question Time Act. The Act requires the chair of each Government Question Time meeting to have access to the Q&A Forum, but unfortunately nobody from the Scientific Council was present to confirm whether these permissions are already in place. Motion to vote for the change presented in the Forum. Almut 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
