I am submitting the following budget for consideration by the RA.
Athough there is a loss shown this term, I feel that we can recoop this through stronger winter land sales and of late we have been doing well. At present four of our regions are over 100% meeting tier. Also, I point out that we actually had a small profit of over L$20K last term.

I am submitting this revised budget to include the web hosting fee.
During the last RA meeting, we discovered that I omitted the web hosting fee. After investigation, I found that in May 2023, the CDS paid BlueHost $359.64 for web hosting for 36 months beginning 12 June 2023 though 12 June 2026. The charge for this appeared in the May 2023 financial report in the amount of L$89,191.00. Naturally, this causes a larger deficit for the 40th Term. I have appended the BlueHost Invoice.
Although we have a deficit I find our finances encouraging. As of this writing, CDS is at 112% of LL Tier with 83 citizens in good standing. Last month we added two new citizens. In addition, current citizens have increased holdings. I note that the tier over 100% goes some distance to cover events and estate expenses, and not to be forgotten, repays our reserve which the CDS has relied upon in recent years.
