1 Administrative Business
1.1 Approval of the Agenda
Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Brian 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
1.2 Review and approval of the Minutes of the Fifth RA Meeting on August 27, 2022
Motion to approve the minutes as presented. Rosie 1st, Brian 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
2 Executive Report
The Chancellor informed the Assembly that CDS citizenship is holding steady at around 70, and that the CDS calendar has been updated with details of the upcoming Oktoberfest events. After asking for and receiving feedback from the Assembly on the postings from the Etopia group that are being sent to all CDS group members, Tor agreed to look into developing a cross-posting agreement with Etopia, in order to better manage the type and number of event postings from that group, and to ensure reciprocity with publicising CDS events.
3 Land-Use Commission Report
Agatha reported that a proposal for the development of a pathway to the catacombs in Colonia Nova has been finalised and will be sent to the Chancellor for approval. Once approved, some aspects of the project can be completed quickly, but some, such as replacing the theater, may take longer. Work is also continuing on the historical educational signage project. A design style for the signs has been agreed and work on sign creation can now start.
4 Old Business
4.1 Enacting the Revised Constitution
To conclude the Assembly's work reviewing the Constitution, the LRA presented its final draft. Almut also shared with the Assembly a proposed modification from the Scientific Council that was received on the day of this meeting. Following a lengthy debate, it was agreed that the vote to enact the Representative Assembly's final draft should proceed, and that this amendment be looked at further at a subsequent meeting. Motion to accept the revised Constitution as presented. Rosie 1st, Brian 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.

Almut announced that the exhibition "The Golden Twenties - Die Goldenen Zwanziger" in the foyer of the "Metropolis" is almost complete, as is the Museum of Contemporary Art exhibit, "Coming of Age in the City".
