Motion to approve the minutes as presented. Almut 1st, motion carried.
2. Executive Report
The Chancellor began with news that the community is now 105% tier, then summarised recent events including a tour presentation from Delia that had the potential of being turned into a HUD. A winter/holiday ad campaign is planned, as is a restart of the Question Hours meetings, with an emphasis on citizen education, which Tor hopes could be more sociable than government meetings might ordinarily be. Finally, the Chancellor thanked everyone for their work this term, including those who worked on all of the SL20B events, exhibits and advertising.
3. Citizen Concerns
No concerns were raised.
4. RA Member Concerns
4.1 Assembly members discussed methods for better identifying and tracking action items arising from meetings to ensure their resolution. They proposed that next term's membership incorporate procedures to clearly denote action items within the minutes and establish accountability for their completion.
4.2 An Assembly member expressed a wish that more PIO members of the Executive branch attend Assembly meetings, to enable a discussion of their work. A suggestion was raised that the Assembly could make its expectations clear at its first meeting next term, regarding input from both the PIO team and the newly re-legitimised Artisan Guild.
