1 Administrative Business
1.1 Approval of the Agenda
Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Jerry 1st, all in favour, motion carried.
1.2 Review and Approval of the Minutes of the Fourth RA Meeting on February 11, 2024
Motion to approve the minutes as presented. Almut 1st, Kyoko 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
2 Executive Report
In Tor's absense, Almut updated the Assembly with a report Tor had provided to her. There are currently 87 CDS citizens, with the two newest, Bernice Galtier and Speelo Snook, being frequent attendees at the Swingin' CDS events. The CDS Commons Discord server continues to grow, with 53 members currently. Tor will be contacting the Scientific Council to investigate ways of ensuring the server remains under the control of appropriate officers. Recent CDS events have included the successful opening of Tori Landau's AI & I exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and a talk about AI and art by artist and producer Rhiannon Chatnoir and VR/VW researcher Lyr Lobo. Next weekend the CDS will host the Nonprofit Commons networking meeting, preceded by a Government Q & A event. Lastly, Tor (via Almut) raised the prospect of the CDS exhibit at the Welcome Hub being expanded, though this has yet to be confirmed. It was suggested that more information on this could be asked for.

4 New Business
4.1 Website Refresh Project
As agreed at the last Assembly meeting, Jerry has updated the Locus Amoenus covenant and will shortly update the General Covenants. Progress on including more new images of various CDS landscapes continues, as does the development of appropriate navigation and menu structures across the site. Jerry will also share on the website the additions to the Guide for New Citizens document that Rosie has made on land management.
