Minutes - RA Meeting 3 December 2017
Meeting called to order by Lilith Ivory, Dean of the Scientific Council 12:18.
Bagheera Kristan, Laura Azalee, Tanoujin Milestone, Gaius Tiberius Curio and Ranma Tardis sworn in.
Election of the new Leader of the Representative Assembly:
Tanoujin Milestone nominated Ranma Tardis, Gaius Tiberius Curio nominated Bagheera Kristan. Ranma Tardis was elected with 4 votes, Gaius abstained.
The Dean handed over the chair to Ranma 12:31.
Election of the LRA pro tempore:
Bagheera Kristan nominated Gaius Tiberius Curio, Ranma Tardis nominated Tanoujin Milestone, Tan nominated Bagheera Kristan.
Bagheera Kristan was elected with 4 votes, Bags abstained.
Election of the Archivist:
Bags nominated Tan, no other nominations, elected with 4 votes.
Minutes from last meeting approved 12:50
There were no RA concerns.
The chief Public Information Officer, Sylvia Tamalyn, announced the following events:
DJ SDolphin on the Rhenus docks from 2-4 pm SLT every Wednesday,
The inaugural ball will be Saturday 12/16 noon- 2 pm SLT (Schloss). Theme: „winter fantasy“
Ice skating party for 12/30, more details to follow.
There were no Citizen Concerns
There is no budget yet, but will be ready for the next meeting.
The RA agreed to fix a date for the next meeting by doodle.
