Invitation to an initial RA meeting

Dear Em, Kiki, Lyubov and Rosie (in alphabetical order 
Lilith asked me to contact you and invite you to an initial RA meeting. She wants to swear us in. Furthermore it is expected that we determine a new LRA, Pro Tempore and Archivist if we are quorate.
