Cathy Says VOTE
It’s not important for whom you vote. Whether is serendipity or just deserts, all the candidates are worthy of your vote. They are hard-working, smart, honest, experienced, engaged, creative and any other positive adjective you can find to honor good people. In fact, you could throw a dart at the ballot and not miss a good choice. So, vote by a name that means Love, or Flower, or Sword, or Mirror. Or, vote because they are your neighbor, mentor, friend. It doesn’t matter. This slate cements your luck, beyond any dream.
But it is important that you vote. Voting is like breathing. A body cannot live without breathing. Whether a human, avatar, or social body, it is a dynamic system that suffocates if it doesn’t renew its breath. The food we give CDS is Lindens to fill its tummy, The oxygen we give CDS is our support for the members who constitute the SC, the RA and the Administration. Support them or suffer a slow, withering death. The question is, "Do we want an SL or an SD?"
As a matter of life support, then, I am having a Pep Rally at the Alpine Meadow Garden Pavilion on November 9th (the first day you can vote). Maggi will entertain us with patriotic songs at 11, then we can discuss the SLife of CDS at noon.
