Just a note that the October financial report is posted on the website. It looks rather grim.

The solution is simple. We need more people buying land. I think that most of us would say that means getting new people into the community.

The graph on page 6 shows the overall profitability declining dramatically starting around March/April, which would correspond with the pandemic taking hold around the world. I think people are pulling back financially which isn't too surprising, but of course, is troubling for us. It is simply a matter of acquiring more citizens, but the question of how that is achieved is not simple.
