Withdrawal of candidacy and joining of Ceasar's team

Good morning - It has seemed for some time that Ceasar and I would be splitting votes, meaning neither of us would win. I am about results. Both Ceasar and I share many of the same objectives; so I am electing to withdraw from the race for Chancellor and joining his team where - when he is elected - I can provide my strengths in sim and land management as well as continue to support the objectives we both hold dear.
