2. The RA shall nominate its member at the beginning of its term.
3. The Chancellor's Office shall nominate its representatives at the beginning its term.
4 The Guild and RA shall each nominate one of its citizen-members at the mid-point of its session to replace its member whose 12 month term is expiring.. The first appointments shall be for two, each, one for 6 months, the other for 12.

This resulting vacancy, or the vacancies due to end-of-term, shall be filled according to the legislated process, the new member(s) assuming the term of the member(s) replaced.

If a conflict arises between existing laws and the duties, responsibilities and authorities specified in this law, this law shall prevail.
