Proposals Received: RFP for NFS W design

Posting the links here to the 2 proposals received by the Land Use Commission, in response to the Request for Proposal for NFS W design:

After discussing both designs, the LUC voted to recommend Gaius' design. It now goes to the RA for discussion.
