Fifth Electoral Commission Meeting *POSTPONED*

Hello all,

Since I was the only person at the Praetorium today, I suggest that the Fifth Electoral Commission Meeting, on the topic of ranking factions, is postponed to next Saturday instead, the 20th, at 9 AM SLT.

There will be some unavoidable overlap with the Oktoberfest though :)
