May I suggest that in the future we use Google Docs instead? For simple spreadsheets, it works flawlessly, and everybody can open it from a web page — no need for strange, incompatible formats and conversion tools :)

Gwyneth,

I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly. Aren't we using Google Docs when we upload our work to Google Docs or are you suggesting we actually build our spreadsheet within Google Docs? Not sure how feasable that would be for myself considering the amount of work that usually go into most of my spreadsheets. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
