Call for Agenda Items, RA Meeting of January 7 2012

Post by Anna Toussaint »

The next meeting of the Representative Assembly will be Saturday, January 7, 2012.

According to the Representative Assembly Rules of Procedure, the LRA will determine an agenda for each meeting, and it will be published at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Again, according to Rules, anyone is welcome to submit suggested agenda items. Therefore, I am calling for agenda items; please give them to me, preferably on a notecard, before 7 pm Thursday, January 5th to give me time to construct an agenda to be published before 9 am on Friday, January 6th.

Although I can't attend, I want all my items concerning the last election and my by-election proposal to be called for a vote.

I will contribute by responding to Pat's post prior to the session.

I also request a 7 day vote.

I'm travelling with limited internet access so won't be able to attend. I have no agenda items and would like to request a seven day vote.

My schedule had changed. The by-election issue is just too important to me. I have arranged for a substitute for my commitment on Saturday.
