Proposed Legislation: Group Land Act

The maximum any group can hold land is 1024m^2 or one plot, whichever is greater, unless the members are citizens, in which case anything in excess of the greater of 1024m^2 or one plot is allowed ot be held so long as it is counted towards the citizen's maximum land holding the the sum total of the citizen's share and the group help on the citizens behalf does not exceed the allowed maximum land holding for that citizen. All land deeded towards a group will not count towards citizenship.
Any group which holds in excess of the greater 1024m^2 or one plot, is required to file the group land holdings that count to which citizens in what amount to the Chancellor's office, which will publish the holdings to the forums.
