All land transactions for the week shall be published by the Chancellor once a week in the forums listing at minimum the seller, the buyer and the size of the plot.

Once a month, a list of the plots with the current owners shall be published in the forums by the Chancellor's Office.

Heck, this could be a policy rather than a law.

This is already posted via the land scanner, albeit not all transactions reflect actual sales. Some transactions might only reflate an EM transferring parcels to himself or to LV in order to correct the About Land info. The link to this information could be placed better.
