4-32 Commercial Branch Licensing

Commercial branch licensing is an attempt to offer the legal structure to branches of Neualtenburg Registered Companies (NRCs) outside of the republic.

In this scenario, a citizen would register and headquarter a company in Neualtenburg and be granted license to conduct business on land outside of NB. The appropriate treasury escrow would be required.

The successful applicant would be granted a notarized Branch Commercial License enumerating the approved lines of business and the parcel dimensions. License fees could optionally be charged by the city.
License duration and change mechanism can also be set by the Guild.

Those approved lines of business would be covered by the city escrow as well as the ToS, constitution, SC and its commercial court.
