As with last month, there is no land sales income, although we know lots of people have bought land in Locus Amoenus. Money that comes in from those sales goes to paying back the expense we incurred by buying the sim. When the amount reaches zero, we'll begin to see income from land sales again.
As you can see, the net bottom line was *very* low. That's not really because lots of people are not paying their tier. That's basically because we are paying the first month's tier to LL, but we had then not yet begun to collect any significant amount of tier from citizens. That should straighten out as land is sold.
