A little history...

Post by Jerry McNally »

Hi. I had fun earlier trying to find out some of the history of this place that's online out there, and wrote it all up here: https://miscellaneousdetails.com/2021/1 ... -democracy It includes a couple of videos Draxtor did, one from 2007 and a snowy one from last year, with a few familiar faces. I hope you enjoy this little trip down memory lane.

How wonderful - a nice seasonal gift to look through over the holidays. Thank you!

People often say that, in a democracy, decisions are made by a majority of the people. Of course, that is not true. Decisions are made by a majority of those who make themselves heard and who vote -- a very different thing.

Jerry, this is super. I will link it to the CDS FB page. Many don'e follow the forums and I think this is ideal for outreach and citizen education.

Nicely done, Jerry. I finally had a chance over New Year's to read and watch it all. Lots of information presented in an engaging way, and some good old memories too. Thanks for doing this!
