Motion to aprove: Sudane 1st, Sylvia 2th, all in favour, motion carried
2a Electing a LUC chair for this term
Sudane nominated Mizou, Sylvia seconded, all in favour, motion carried
2b Electing a LUC secretary for this term
Mizou nominated Lilith, Sylvia seconded, all in favour, motion carried
2c Electing a pro tempore LUC chair
Cathy nominated herself to become pro tempore LUC chair and pro tempore LUC secretary
All agreed, no vote cast
3. Setting a best day / time for to suit everyone for next meetings
Mizou moved to meet on Sundays at 9:30 am SLT
All agreed, no vote cast
4. Setting preferred intervals between meetings: 2 weeks?, 3 weeks? etc
Sudane moved to meet once a month unless urgent business requires more often - or special meetings
Lilith seconds, all in favour, motion carried
