First Representative Assembly Meeting of the 37th Term

1. Election of Representative Assembly Officers (1.2)
1.1 Election of the Leader of the Representative Assembly (LRA) (1.2.1)
Delia Lake, as Dean of the Scientific Council, opened the first meeting of the Representative Assembly for the 37th term, and called for nominations for the position of LRA. Jerry McNally nominated Almut Brunswick. Brian Livingston seconded the nomination. Almut was unanimously elected LRA, and as such chaired the remainder of the meeting.
1.2 Election of the LRA Pro Tempore (1.2.2)
Almut nominated Brian, Jerry seconded the nomination. Brian was unanimously elected LRA Pro Tempore.
1.3 Election of the RA Archivist (1.2.3)
Almut nominated Jerry, Brian seconded the nomination. Jerry was unanimously elected RA Archivist.
1.4 Election of the RA's Land Use Commission (LUC) Representative (1.2.4)
Almut nominated Agatha Macbeth, Jerry seconded the nomination. Agatha was unanimously elected RA's LUC Representative.
2. Administrative Business

Motion to approve the minutes as presented, notwithstanding the incorrect date on the forum post. Almut 1st, Brian 2nd, all in favour, motion carried. Jerry will endeavour to correct the forum post's date.

3.1 Call for the RA's two LUC Citizen Representatives
Almut proposed that a call for these roles is published on the Forum and made in-world via a CDS Group message.
