In the scope of the Framework to support Citizen Initiative Groups, it is decided that parcel BH3 in Alpine Meadows will be lent to the CDS Equestrian Group for them to develop activities as a Citizen Group in the CDS.
Furthermore, one of those activities will be the installation of at least 8 stable boxes for rental, the funds reverting to the Rudeen Edo account. The parcel will also integrate a rezzing ground for visitors to rezz their horses.
In exchange for the grant, the CDS Equestrians commit to:
Develop a CDS Equestrian Tour for the CDS, with the express purpose to show the CDS regions.
Promote the Tour using exterior channels, namely on https://www.teeglepet.com/blog/categori ... -locations. The Chancellor also requests that, when the Tour is developed, the CDS Equestrians will contact Teegle to upgrade the current mention to the CDS as a Riding Location: https://www.teeglepet.com/post/confeder ... simulators
Coordinate with the Executive Branch to organize one Tour Event per term, that will be featured on the CDS Event Calendar.
The Executive Branch commits to:
Coordinate with the CDS Equestrians for the installation of the necessary signage on the CDS territory to service the Tour;
Engage the CDS PR channels to promote the Tour Event next to the CDS Citizens, Friends of the CDS and exterior audiences;
The Chancellor of the CDS will assist in the promotion of the rental of the stable boxes on the sales channels available.
This agreement is valid for the 38th Term of the CDS. It can be renewed by application of both the CDS Equestrians and/or the Chancellor for the 39th Term and following.
