Dear fellow RA members,
unfortunately, I have forgotten that I will have an RL obligation on June 24, so that I couldn't attend this special meeting. Would it be possible for us to move the meeting one day later to Sunday, June 25, 12 PM SLT? That would be really appreciated.

I cannot attend on June 24 or June 25 due to RL obligations. How about July 1? I know it is a holiday for US people, but maybe one meeting wouldn't be so bad? Anyway, the date that works for the most people is fine with me, even if I can't attend. Maybe it doesn't have to be on a weekend!
Change of plans for me in RL, so I CAN attend the RA meeting on Sunday, should it be held then.
July 1 doesn't work for me because of another RL obligation. My favorite, also because of SL20B, would be still June 25.

Yes, Jerry, Rosie is not available on 24/25 but on 1st of July - but that does not work for Almut.
I think I will set up a doodle. "The 20th annual Second Life birthday celebration (SL20B) will be held from June 22nd to July 11th." That seems to be plenty of time to find a date that works for us all. Let us check the week from 6/26 to 7/02 first, okay? I used a time slot from 11am-1pm SLT for the start time, ping me if we need more options.

Although I will wish I could be there, I think you should go on without me on the 25th. Sometimes it just won't work out for everyone, and we don't want to miss this opportunity at SLB!
She does but not daily. Only just saw. Usually you reach me better via IM inworld or via e-mail.
I have time on all dates including the Sunday
