3.1. Locus Ameonus covenant update review

Lilith reported that only the boat parcels need further discussion to have the revision complete.
Lilith suggested to leave the covenant regarding boat parcels as it is so the LA can be brought to the RA for approval quickly and leave discussion about remodeling the harbor area and reparceling the boat parcels F03-F05 for a later time.
There was discussion about changing parcels F03-F05 into boat slips and also about renting those parcels out instead of setting them for sale.
Lilith agreed to create text about the boat parcels for the covenant till next meeting so the draft can be given to the RA for approval
Rosie proposed to table this discussion for the next meeting
3.2. General Covenant review

Lilith agreed to find reference that there are no parcel limits anymore
Rosie moved to accept the proposed new General Covenants and forward them to the RA for approval
Sudane seconded, all in favor, motion carried
The rest of the agenda got tabled
