Hehe, I just noticed that on Sunday, October 21 2007 I bought my first parcel in CDS/Neufreistadt and joined the forum 
It's been a fun and sonetimes "interesting" time since then and CDS folks have become my family over the years.
... I hope you won't get rid of me for another 15 years
