That's a good point. What about making fewer parcels, but having the structures be bigger, so that the set back from the property lines is minimal, thus maintaining the inner city feel, but giving more prims per build? Combining the two parcels on the (right side of the picture) and splitting the middle parcel on the left . The rectangular shape would resemble a bavarian guesthouse, a bit? Could even be pre built, like the mews were done in AM.

then the rest of the plan could be kept as Sleazy lays out?

Perhaps this area would be a good place for us to allow other communities in SL to build their information centres in the CDS, in exchange for us having ours on their territory, as described in this thread: http://forums.slcds.info/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=240

Bjerkel, the water talked about above was not put there by you, so far as I know. It was a stream that flowed quickly across the bottom of a hole with a small bridge across it, slightly to the south of the clocktower. This hole and stream were removed several months ago when Moon (I think) took it away and built a small park-like pond with a fence around it near the city wall to the east. A fairly large gateway was also made in the city wall there. A pair of ducks have moved into the pond, where they seem to feel at home.

I think the water areas you designed are all really beautiful, and are wonderful and valuable additions to the CDS. Thank you very much for them!! Personally, I would like for the river in AM to originate higher up than from just the big rock there, but I don't think that was really your decision.

I would like to see more lots. This has the benefit of more citizens and more income to the city.
If we need more "public" space it can be placed in CN or LA where there is vacant space available.
