SC Meeting Nov 5 - 7 AM SLT

The Scientific Council will meet on Nov 5, at 7 AM SLT in the SC chambers .

Agenda:
Current Election - discussion (15)
Future election dates - acceptance (5)
Legislation suggestion for incoming RA - re: absence of RA members - discussion (30)

All are welcome to attend and observe.

People often say that, in a democracy, decisions are made by a majority of the people. Of course, that is not true. Decisions are made by a majority of those who make themselves heard and who vote -- a very different thing.
