Camping Chairs?

I was wandering around Neufreistadt - and saw a camping chair behind the Cathedral. It appeared to be on common ground - is this authorized?

Did you by chance check out the owner and group it was set to? It could just be abandon property that needs to be returned.

Looked abandoned. Its been returned - also a couple of signs appeared on the town walls overnight, as well, from someone else. And folks were camping int he chairs all night - though complained to me that they didn't get any money from the camping (making it obviously abandoned to me).
