Nea Hora: 38 points

The New Guild is ready to work towards implementing the Alps proposal. Sudane has volunteered to head a task force to look into finance for the project, and Rose (with other's help) has volunteered to head the group fleshing out the proposal in preparation for implementation.

The next step in the process is for the Guild to request confirmation and / or changes from the RA. This notice is such a request.

Total square meters of revenue producing land: 65536 x 90% = 58982

Adjusted overall monthly fee required from the sim to raise the revenue target: $350/58982 = US$0.0059 / square meter / month

Suggested range of parcel monthly fees: .005 to .009 / square meter/month

The land sale prices would be calculated similiarly. In practice, the monthly fees charged are far more significant long term than the land sale prices.

I'll gladly vote to confirm the citizens choice of the alpine theme for our new sim.

Assuming from Sudane's report that we would need to secure loans again as with the CN expansion, then I support moving forward with providing her the authority to solicit funds.
